Valerian Consulting’s value-driven planning process is designed to ensure that all plans for implementing new technologies into your organization’s infrastructure are strategically developed and executed to meet your specific business needs. There are three steps in the process: Assess, Prioritize, and Act.

Assess
During the first stage of the planning process, Valerian Consulting will make an extensive review of your organization, its resources and the current goals and objectives in place to achieve your nonprofit’s mission. After this intensive review, a strategic plan is created with specific recommendations for integrating technology that will achieve your organization’s mission.

Prioritize
Once an individualized plan has been created, Valerian will work with your staff to evaluate and prioritize the most important elements of the proposal to be implemented. Then, a specific schedule is put into place for executing each part of the strategic plan.

Act
In the third stage of the value-driven process action steps are created for each element of the plan. During this stage, Valerian will work with your organization to implement technological products and services and integrate specific solutions into your organization. During this stage Valerian will:
